Poem Bomb: Oni Buchanan’s “The Walk”

“I took her spotted hand in mine as we both looked up into the blue, / and the long honey locust pods rattled high in the honey locust tree.”

I happened to be going to lunch in New Canaan, so I taped my poem on a tree in the center of town for all to see.
